1. Overview

ToyDrop Rents is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting equipment owners with renters. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. User Accounts

You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

3. Listings & Bookings

Owners must accurately describe their equipment, including condition, availability, and pricing. Renters must return equipment in the same condition. Late returns may incur additional fees.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. ToyDrop charges a 15% platform fee on each booking. Owners receive payouts to their connected bank account after the rental period completes.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are set by owners (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). Refunds are processed according to the policy selected at booking.

6. Insurance & Liability

Owners must maintain appropriate insurance for their equipment. Renters are liable for damage caused by negligence. ToyDrop is not an insurer and does not cover losses.

7. Prohibited Items

Illegal items, weapons, hazardous materials, and anything requiring a license the renter does not possess are prohibited from being listed or rented.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved between owner and renter through our messaging system. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to ToyDrop support.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, or abusive behavior.
